Vectra Bank Renovation

Denver, Colorado, USA

One of Vectra Bank’s original locations—Speer Boulevard—was in need of a transformation that would support its mission and allow it to adapt to client and employee needs while maintaining efficiency and comfort.

Vectra Bank has nearly 40 locations spread across Colorado, and is a division of Zions Bancorporation.  It offers its clients a unique combination: the vast resources of a large bank and the personal attention of a small bank.  One of Vectra’s original locations—Speer Boulevard—was in need of a transformation.  It needed to support the company’s mission as well as adapt to client and employee needs.

Fentress Architects focused on “right-sizing” the three-level space to enhance employee engagement, comfortability, and productivity.  Amenities were expanded and optimized to include breakout meeting areas, coffee bars, and an employee café.  These areas provide venues where collaboration thrives, conversations spark, and spontaneous dialogue occurs. Flexible furniture systems support both private, individual work areas and synergetic environments that facilitate conversation and cooperation among departments.

Renovation extended to the exterior.  A new, distinctive façade clad in copper-toned metal panels elevates the Bank’s street presence and helps to create a cohesive look for Vectra Bank
