Karen Offer, AIA, NCIDQ, LEED AP BD+C

Karen Offer has over a decade of experience designing aviation, museum, courthouse, and commercial interiors. With a bachelor’s degree in interior design and a master’s degree in architecture, she has developed exceptional insights and skills into the best practices for uniting a building’s exterior and interior.  Karen remains committed to resolving every challenging detail that arises from conceptual design through construction and in doing so, creates the perfect marriage of material selections and architectural detailing.  Her designs are efficient, timeless, and universal.

Karen is a registered architect in the state of Colorado, and a LEED Accredited Professional with a Building Design and Construction Specialty.  In addition to project work, she is an active member of the CIDQ Writing Committee for the IDPX Exam. As a volunteer, she helps keep the exam content current, reliable, and equitable.
