3993 Howard Hughes Parkway is an eight-story, Class-A office building located in the heart of central Las Vegas.
The exterior is clad in Baltic Brown granite and has a two-story polished granite base. A two-story rotunda was designed with granite, limestone, and wood to provide a memorable, elegant entry to the building. The curvilinear form of the entryway continues up the full eight floors of the building. This provides a bay window on each floor, which offers panoramic views to the Las Vegas Strip and mountains beyond. Floor-to-ceiling glass at all office locations provide for excellent views in all directions.
Located in the 68-acre Hughes Center business center, the building’s parking consists of 82 surface visitor parking spaces and 513 spaces for employees in the adjacent parking garage. A covered arcade connects the building’s lobby to the parking structure and provides shaded access from the visitor parking and parking structure.
