Alaska Airlines Terminal 6 Renovation at LAX

Los Angeles, California, USA

This project highlights Alaska Airline’s superior customer service and their identity of an adventurous spirit.

Within the modern, airy lobby of the Terminal, passengers are greeted by technologically-advanced, people-friendly innovations that vastly improve the passenger experience.

The traditional ticketing desk, which Alaska Airlines CEO Bill Ayer called a “barrier for passengers,” has been replaced as a far as possible with computer kiosks that radically accelerate the ticketing process.  Curbside bag check, an expanded security checkpoint, renovated boarding area complete with ample power ports, a state-of-the-art lounge, and a pleasant walkway from federal inspection facilities at the adjacent Tom Bradley International Terminal, have received wide acclaim from the press and the flying public alike for providing a world-class passenger experience.
