This new corporate campus provides a stimulating and comfortable environment for staff and visitors.
Comprising over 1,200,000 square feet, this corporate campus consists of four office buildings with flexible workspaces, open area workstations, cafes, support centers, conference center, training centers, and a 20,000-square-foot data center. On-grade and below-grade corridors between buildings and open floor plans encourage collaboration between departments. Each office building has an associated parking structure that is connected underground.
The design aligns with JD Edwards’ innovative and progressive culture. In the facades of the four buildings, an orderly, rectilinear configuration symbolizes the technological endeavors that occur within. A prominent, rounded lobby in contrasting sandstone marks the entrance to each building. The lobby interiors feature mahogany millwork and terrazzo flooring, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for staff and clients alike.
