This quartet of towers references the local architecture while displaying a distinctive, forward-looking design.
In the process, the Kuwait Business Town buildings maintain their own identity while creating a harmonious whole. The architectural thread throughout is the “V” shape, which permeates every aspect and detail, from the silver glass façades and shaded outdoor plazas to the lobbies. Vertical shards of reflective blue glass provide a strong horizontal emphasis for a dynamic contrast. Fentress designed an energy efficient building envelope consisting of high performance, insulating reflective glazing and a series of sun shading devices for the south side of the buildings.
The Kuwait Business Town forms a self-sufficient community, offering:
