With over 15 years of experience, Laura Grafel has a passion for complex projects.  She also enjoys developing close partnerships with clients and stakeholders. Her focus on civic and cultural markets reflects her drive to create a built environment that serves and inspires the community-at-large.

Laura brings enthusiasm and a strong work ethic to all her projects.  She also has extensive experience in managing complex project production and building construction processes in order to achieve the goals of each project.  Her approach results in thoughtful and concise solutions that complement and enhance each design.

In addition, Laura is both an excellent leader and team member on complex design teams.  This is because—in part—of the strong rapport she develops with construction teams.  She is dedicated to creating an environment of collaboration and coordination throughout the duration of a project.

Laura is a registered architect and a LEED Accredited Professional with a Building Design and Construction Specialty.
