About Jack
Jack’s passion for architecture is rooted in his desire to bring efficiency and excellence to the design process. Early in his career, he recognized the importance of supporting those at the forefront of design by working behind the scenes to ensure that every project achieves its highest potential from an aesthetic, functional, and technical standpoint. Jack takes immense pride in his ability to make a design the best it can be, focusing on both the big picture and the fine details.
With over four decades of experience, Jack’s portfolio includes airport terminal and concourse facilities, research facilities, corporate headquarters, and office buildings. One of his most significant projects was the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Research 1, where he spent 2-3 years in the field working closely with the contractor and program manager to execute the project. This hands-on experience reinforced Jack’s belief in the importance of strong constructor-designer relationships, and the invaluable lessons that can be learned from collaboration in the field.
Jack’s approach to design aligns with the Touchstone™ “Listen Closely.” For Jack, listening is fundamental to understanding the needs of a project and creating designs that serve both clients and users in meaningful ways.
